  • No! Your initial discovery call is complimentary. This is where we talk through your vision, timeline, and travel style to determine which service package is the best fit for your needs.

  • I'll respond within 24 hours to schedule your complimentary discovery call. During that call, we'll discuss your travel goals, preferences, and budget, and I'll explain how I can help bring your trip to life. From there, we'll determine the best service level for you and next steps.

  • It's never too early to start planning! The sooner we begin, the more options we'll have for accommodations, experiences, and availability—especially for popular destinations or travel during peak seasons. That said, I'm happy to work with shorter timelines when possible, so if your trip is coming up soon, reach out anyway and we'll see what we can do!

  • Absolutely! You can be as involved as you'd like. I love when clients share their ideas, preferences, and inspiration—it helps me design a trip that truly feels like yours. Whether you want to be hands-on with every decision or prefer to share your vision and then step back while I handle the details, I'll tailor my approach to what works best for you.

  • Possibly! In some cases, I can do what's called a "takeover booking," where I'm added as the agent of record on your existing reservation. This allows me to secure VIP perks like complimentary breakfast, resort credits, room upgrades, and more—at no additional cost to you and without changing your booking.   • I work with travelers planning trips anywhere in the world. Whether you're dreaming of Europe, Asia, Africa, South America, or closer to home, I can create a personalized itinerary for you. And through my partnership with Fora, I have access to expert knowledge across virtually every destination.

  • Planning fees may vary based on the complexity, length, and scope of your trip, as well as the level of service you need. My Signature package starts at $250, and my Seamless package (which includes full concierge-level service) starts at $500. During your discovery call, I'll walk you through exactly how your fee is calculated based on your specific trip, so you'll know upfront what you're paying and what services are included—complete transparency, no surprises.

  • Concierge service means I'm handling everything from start to finish—and I'm available to support you before, during, and after your trip. Beyond planning and booking, I'm here for last-minute requests, on-trip adjustments, restaurant reservations, special arrangements, and anything else that comes up. Think of me as your dedicated travel partner who ensures every detail is taken care of so you can simply enjoy the experience.

  • Yes! I'm happy to work with you to plan a trip that accommodates mobility needs, dietary restrictions, or other accessibility requirements. During our discovery call, we'll discuss your specific needs so I can research and recommend accommodations, transportation, and experiences that work for you.

  • Absolutely! I work with groups of all sizes, including family reunions, milestone celebrations, and destination events. For larger groups, I'll coordinate accommodations, group activities, and logistics to ensure everyone has a seamless experience. Additional planning fees apply for groups requiring 8+ rooms, and we'll discuss pricing based on your specific needs.

Services + Pricing

  • Yes! For international travel and business class flights, I can handle booking internally. For domestic economy flights, I'm happy to research options and provide recommendations, but you'll book those directly.

  • Planning fees are paid securely online through Fora's payment portal using a debit or credit card. You'll receive a link to submit payment after we've discussed your trip and confirmed next steps.

  • Absolutely. I strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment, and I'm happy to provide recommendations and guidance on coverage options that make sense for your trip.

  • Planning fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full before I deliver your final itinerary. For any cancellations of accommodations, tours, or other services, the cancellation policy of the specific provider or company through which the booking was made will apply. I strongly recommend travel insurance for all trips to protect your investment in case changes or cancellations are needed—we can discuss coverage options during our discovery call.

  • You can absolutely link your hotel loyalty account to your booking and continue earning points and status—plus you'll still receive the VIP perks available through my partnerships. However, if you'd like to redeem points to pay for your hotel stay, I'm unable to assist with that booking, as it prevents me from securing the exclusive amenities. I encourage you to use your points toward flights instead and let me handle your accommodations so you get the full VIP treatment!

  • I don't book through Airbnb directly, but I do work with vetted villa and private home rental companies that offer a similar experience—often with added benefits like concierge services, welcome amenities, and on-site support. If a private home or villa is what you're looking for, I'm happy to find the perfect option for you.

  • I plan every detail with care to ensure your trip goes smoothly, but I know unexpected things can happen. That's why I strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment. While you're traveling, I'm available to assist with flight changes, last-minute adjustments, or any issues that come up. For Seamless clients, you have priority access to me throughout your journey. My goal is to make sure you're supported every step of the way.
